SY-1076 Total Cadmium Water Quality Online Detector

1. Working principle: The SY-1076 total cadmium online water quality analyzer uses the dithizone spectrophotometric method GB7471-87 for measurement. The pre treated water sample first reacts with an acidic oxidant in the digestion tank, reducing all forms of cadmium in the water sample to divalent cadmium. Then, the pH value of the solution is adjusted to reach strong alkalinity, forming a red complex with dithizone. Finally, a characteristic color developer is added for extraction and color reaction. The absorbance of the absorption solution is measured at 518 nm. Within the measurement range, the degree of color change is proportional to the total cadmium concentration in the water sample. By measuring the degree of color change, the total cadmium content in the water sample can be calculated.

2. The SY-1076 total cadmium online water quality analyzer has the following basic functions:

- Can set and verify display time, including year, month, day, hour, and minute;

- It has an alarm function and displays the fault content in case of system abnormalities such as equipment power failure, instrument leakage, and inability to import samples into the reactor. Simultaneously stop running until the system is restarted;

- Automatic protection for power and water outages, as well as automatic recovery for incoming and outgoing power;
