1. Working principle: The SY-1078 total manganese online water quality analyzer adopts the potassium periodate oxidation photometric method for measurement. Potassium periodate is used to oxidize low-priced manganese into purple red permanganate, and photometric determination is carried out at a wavelength of 525nm. In a neutral (pH 7.0-8.6) solution, in the presence of potassium pyrophosphate sodium acetate, potassium periodate can instantly oxidize low-priced manganese to permanganate at room temperature, and the color is stable for more than 16 hours

1. Working principle: The SY-1078 total manganese online water quality analyzer adopts the potassium periodate oxidation photometric method for measurement. Potassium periodate is used to oxidize low-priced manganese into purple red permanganate, and photometric determination is carried out at a wavelength of 525nm. In a neutral (pH 7.0-8.6) solution, in the presence of potassium pyrophosphate sodium acetate, potassium periodate can instantly oxidize low-priced manganese to permanganate at room temperature, and the color is stable for more than 16 hours. The instrument directly displays the total manganese value in the sample through colorimetric conversion.

2. The SY-1078 total manganese online water quality analyzer has the following basic functions:

- Can set and verify display time, including year, month, day, hour, and minute;

- It has an alarm function and displays the fault content in case of system abnormalities such as equipment power failure, instrument leakage, and inability to import samples into the reactor. Simultaneously stop running until the system is restarted;

- After each measurement, automatically clean the processing device, instrument pipelines, valves and other components;

- Automatic protection for power and water outages, as well as automatic recovery for incoming and outgoing power;

- Regular cleaning and sampling functions;

Touchscreen viewing is more intuitive and easier to operate;
