Application of SZF Inertial Vibration Hot Material Conveyor

The SZF type inertial vibration hot material conveyor is a long-distance conveying equipment with both air locking function. The SZF type inertial vibration conveyor is suitable for conveying various medium sized and positively and negatively dispersed granular materials, as well as horizontally conveying (≤ 500 ℃) high-temperature and high wear materials, such as dry and hot slag, cement clinker, etc. Suitable for use as a material seal discharge machine in cement shaft kilns.

The SZF type inertial vibration conveyor uses two vibration motors as excitation sources, and applies the principle of self synchronization. The two vibration motors rotate in reverse, causing the bottom balance frame of the conveyor to produce reciprocating vibration. Through the action of the main vibration spring and guide plate spring, the upper conveyor groove is driven to vibrate, thereby achieving the purpose of conveying materials. SZF type inertial vibration conveyor is a universal conveying machinery, which can be used not only in the cement industry, but also in metallurgy, mining, chemical, power and other industries.
