Ceramic materials have very little deformation and much higher bonding strength than metals. In general, the crystal ion radius that makes up ceramic materials is small, and the ion valence and coordination number are high. These properties determine that the tensile strength, compressive strength, elastic modulus, hardness, and other properties of ceramic materials are very high. However, the brittleness and difficulty in processing of ceramics themselves limit their application scope. In the past decade, due to the development and progress of martensitic transformation toughening technology, composite material science technology, and the concept of nano ceramics, the brittleness of ceramics has been greatly improved, and their toughness and strength have been greatly enhanced, expanding their application scope. The application of new ceramic materials in petroleum, chemical, mechanical and other fields is very active. structural characteristics
1. The thickness of the valve shell exceeds the standard data requirements of national standards GB, JB, and American standard ANSI, and the chemical elements and mechanical properties of the main material meet the national standard requirements. The three-stage structure design of the shell is sturdy and aesthetically pleasing.
2. The chemical elements of the valve stem material meet the national standard requirements, with precision grinding and surface treatment of corrosion-resistant nitriding or quenching, ensuring that the valve stem has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
3. Built in buffer compensation elastic gasket ensures stable and good sealing performance. And in the presence of impurities, it is not easy to get stuck and cause the ball to break.
4. The fully lined hard sealing surface contact ceramic ball valve is made of structural ceramic material, which has the characteristics of chemical stability and hardness of * (hardness HRA88 or above, second only to diamond) when in contact with the medium. Therefore, ceramics have high compressive strength, high wear resistance, excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and good thermal insulation performance.
