working principle
According to the principles of centrifugal settling and density difference, when water flows tangentially into the equipment from the inlet of the desander under a certain pressure, violent vortices will be generated, and high-density sand will settle to the bottom and be discharged through the bottom sand discharge outlet; Clear water with low density is subjected to secondary filtration through a stainless steel filter at the outlet to achieve the purpose of sand removal.
Cyclone desanderIt is a new type of separation device made based on the screening principle of solid particles in the fluid rotating and flowing in the desander, and combined with a filtering device.
When the water flow enters the equipment tangentially from the inlet of the desander under a certain pressure, strong rotational motion is generated.
