Overview
The selection of heat flow sensors for heat flow meters is a type of heat flow sensor, mainly used for measuring the heat transfer coefficient of building walls, detecting and calculating the thermal conductivity and heat storage coefficient. Feedback the heat transfer of the test piece in the form of MV. It has the characteristics of high sensitivity, low heat flux coefficient, and small testing error. At the same time, it can be customized according to size, making the form more flexible.

The use of heat flow sensors requires regular maintenance to ensure their accuracy and reliability. The following are maintenance precautions:
1. Clean the surface of the sensor: Regularly clean the surface of the heat flow sensor by gently wiping it with a soft cloth, avoiding the use of brushes or objects with particles. Ensure that the sensor surface is clean and free of dust or dirt adhesion.
2. Avoid collisions and vibrations: The structure of the sheet heat flow sensor is relatively fragile, and it is necessary to avoid collisions and severe vibrations to prevent damage or loosening. When installing and disassembling, handle with care to avoid excessive force.
3. Regular calibration: The accuracy of the heat flux sensor will decrease over time, so regular calibration is required. The frequency of calibration can be determined based on specific usage and requirements, and it is generally recommended to calibrate every 6 months to 1 year.
4. Prevent overheating and overload: The working temperature range of the sheet heat flow sensor is limited, and it is necessary to ensure that it is used within the specified temperature range. Avoid exceeding the maximum temperature limit of the sensor to prevent malfunction or damage. During use, attention should also be paid to avoiding overload and applying heat flow beyond the rated range of the sensor to the sensor.
5. Storage conditions: If the heat flux sensor needs to be stored for a long time, it should be stored in a dry, dust-proof, and non corrosive gas environment. Avoid storing in damp or high temperature environments to avoid affecting the performance of the sensor.
6. Pay attention to protective measures: When maintaining the sheet heat flow sensor, personal protective measures should be taken to avoid touching exposed circuits and wires. Before performing any maintenance operation, be sure to disconnect the power and wait for the sensor to cool down to prevent electric shock or burns.
