The FS series self-cleaning filter is equipped with multiple filtering and cleaning devices. When water enters the interior of each filter cartridge from the inlet of the filter, impurities are blocked on the inner wall of the filter cartridge, and the filtered clean water flows out from the outlet. When the impurities on the inner wall of the filter cartridge accumulate more and more, and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the self-cleaning filter reaches the preset value or reaches the cleaning time or is manually prefabricated, the filter will start the self-cleaning process. The entire self-cleaning process includes two steps: opening the automatic drain valve located on the self-cleaning filter; The motor drives the cleaning system inside the self-cleaning filter screen, and impurities blocked by the filter screen are discharged from the drain valve. The system does not stop flowing during cleaning, and the entire operation of the self-cleaning filter is controlled by a randomly equipped intelligent control box. The control methods can be selected from differential pressure, time, manual, and PLC control.
