The filtered clean water flows out from the outlet. When the impurities on the inner wall of the filter cartridge accumulate more and more, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the self-cleaning filter reaches the preset value or reaches the cleaning time or manual prefabrication, and the filter will start the self-cleaning process. The entire self-cleaning process includes two steps: opening the automatic drain valve located on the self-cleaning filter; The external bidirectional motor drives the suction scanner to perform a spiral scanning motion, and impurities on the inner wall of the filter screen are sucked in by the suction scanner and discharged through the drain valve. The system does not stop flowing during cleaning, and the entire operation of the self-cleaning filter is controlled by a randomly equipped intelligent control box. The control methods can be selected from differential pressure, time, manual, and PLC control.
