1. Place the unit on a foundation with embedded anchor bolts, and place pairs of wedge pads between the base and the foundation for alignment.

2. Release the coupling. Place a spirit level on the pump shaft or base, adjust the gasket, align the level of the unit, and tighten the anchor bolts appropriately to prevent movement.

3. Pour concrete into the base and anchor bolt inspection holes.

4. After the concrete dries up, the anchor bolts should be tightened and the flatness of the pump shaft should be rechecked.

5. After connecting the pipeline and determining the direction of rotation of the prime mover, connect the coupling and double check the concentricity of the shaft. Measure the difference between the outer circumference of the coupling, which should not exceed 0.1mm. The gap between the end faces of the two couplings should not exceed 0.3mm within one week
