Feeding the flocculent slurry into the lower part will form a certain thickness of floc filter layer, which can effectively filter the fine-grained materials carried by the rising water flow. The worm gear of the driving device transmits this pressure distance to the pressure sensor, and the lifting device drives the lifting device through the electric control box to lift the rake frame, achieving automatic rake lifting. When the rake frame is raised to a certain height and the resistance distance of the rake frame decreases below the allowable value, the lifting of the rake is stopped, and the rake frame stops running at that height. At this time, through the scraping of the rake teeth, the settled mud is gathered in the pool; As the resistance distance gradually decreases, the rake frame gradually descends; If the resistance distance experienced by the rake during the descent process does not exceed the allowable value, the rake will continue to descend to the lowest position and work continuously. When the target frame of the concentrator is running, the rake frame always runs continuously and is not affected by the process of lifting the rake.

On site investigation found that using sealed slip rings has a better effect.

1. Main beam
The main beam is welded with high-quality carbon steel square steel and shaped pipes. The main beam is 1000mm wide and welded from Q235A ordinary carbon steel plates and profiles. The overall height of the main beam is 800mm. The main beam is made in two or more sections, with the pool center side hinged to the rotating support and the other two sides connected to the end beam. In terms of structural design, this location not only has static uncertainties under three-point support, but also can adapt to the elevation deviation of the sedimentation tank caused by uneven settlement within a certain range, ensuring the normal operation of the mud scraper.
The main beam can withstand the concentrated load and scraping resistance of connecting components such as the scraping system, as well as a uniformly distributed load of 200kg per square meter for pedestrians. The deflection of the main beam is less than 1/700mm.
2. Drive device
The driving device is mainly composed of main components such as the driving reducer and overload protection device.
The drive reducer is mounted on the spindle. When the working torque of the concentrator exceeds the rated output torque of the reducer, the torque arm at the output end of the reducer moves and causes the spring in the overload protection device to compress. The pressure rod approaches the sensing distance of the planar contact induction switch and instantly cuts off the power supply, while sending a fault signal to protect the equipment from damage.
3. Rotating support
The rotating support is mainly composed of a rotating disc, a fixed seat, etc. The upper part of the rotating body is equipped with ear seats and the main beam, which are hinged with pin shafts. The base is connected to the pool platform with bolts. The rotating support mainly bears the axial load of the scraper and the radial load generated during scraping.
4. Scraping system
The mud scraping system mainly consists of a mud collection scraper, a concentration grid bar, and a connecting bracket, made of high-quality stainless steel plates and profiles. The scraper collects the sludge at the bottom of the pool into the sludge tank, and uses the suction pipe installed here to press it into the pipeline collection tank by utilizing the water level difference with the sludge tank.
5. Control box
The control box is an outdoor type, installed on the main beam, and the box body is made of stainless steel plate processing. The control box has on-site control of the start and stop of the equipment, and can provide signals and remote control functions to the control room.
