Product Details

Thermo Fisher ICPMS-2040 LF/2050 LF Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass SpectrometerConfigure the new generation Mini torch tube with collision reaction pool technology and high-performance quadrupole mass analyzer, combining performance with high dimensions of energy conservation and environmental protection. The product supports online dilution, rapid injection, intelligent flushing, and method preset functions, improving analytical throughput without additional costs. The operation is simple and convenient, and you can easily start working after installation.

Energy saving, environmentally friendly, and powerful performance

The Mini torch plasma has been further upgraded and combined with collision reaction pool technology and high-performance quadrupole mass analyzer, combining performance with high dimensions of energy conservation and environmental protection.

Optimize the shape of the torch tube to reduce the flow rate of the sample entering the plasma flame, thereby improving the ionization efficiency of the sample, further enhancing the analytical sensitivity, and effectively improving the substrate tolerance of the injection system.

• Effectively reduce the consumption of argon gas. When the Shimadzu Mini torch tube is working normally, the consumption of argon gas is 2/3 of that of conventional plasma. During the analysis, Eco mode can be used to further reduce the consumption of argon gas to 5.5mL/min.

No high-purity argon gas is required, ordinary argon gas (99.95%) can work normally.

Thermo Fisher ICPMS-2040 LF/2050 LF Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass SpectrometerThe collision reaction pool technology

Multi functional collision mode and reaction mode can effectively reduce mass spectrometry interference and improve analysis sensitivity.

The Shimadzu Characteristic Inter Element Correction (IEC) function can be used to correct mass spectrometry interference that cannot be eliminated by collision modes.

High performance quadrupole mass analyzer

Equipped with a charge stabilizer, pulse power is applied between each mass analysis to maintain a constant level of electrode surface charge, which can improve signal stability for long-term analysis.

• Supports high-resolution mode, with a mass spectrometry resolution of 0.3~0.6u, which can obtain clearer mass spectra. Combined with Shimadzu IEC calibration function, it can achieve semi mass calibration.

2. High throughput without additional cost

The high-speed gas path control system can quickly complete the inlet and outlet of pool gas, saving analysis time.

• Equipped with rapid injection function, greatly reducing detection time and sample usage

3. Simple and convenient, worry free operation

Intelligent flushing function, automatically extending the flushing time after analyzing high concentration samples to ensure the accuracy of subsequent measurement data. Built in preset methods that include optimized parameters such as plasma, mass number, and internal standard. After installation, only simple training is needed to use it.

4. Simplify your work

The injection system is easy to maintain, and the disassembly of the double cone does not require any tools

Equipped with an online dilution system, it can directly analyze high salt samples such as seawater

Gravity waste disposal system, no additional waste liquid pump and consumables are required, and there are no analysis abnormalities caused by pipeline aging

• Support laboratory network management requirements and meet regulatory requirements such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11
