1、 Product Introduction:

4、 Equipment structure description:

The BRJY fully automatic dosing device is a two tank, two pump (several tanks and several pumps can be selected according to the actual situation) type, mainly composed of tank body, agitator, motor, bracket, solution tank, etc. The tank body is made of plastic or steel materials, with internal rubber lining for corrosion prevention. The mixer consists of a motor, frame, stainless steel mixing shaft, and impeller, equipped with a platform escalator, and needs to be strengthened for corrosion prevention. The bracket is composed of welded steel parts, and the surface is treated with corrosion prevention. Imported metering pumps are selected for the metering pump.

The device is equipped with a control cabinet and can be controlled by PLC or frequency conversion. The control cabinet is equipped with functions such as low liquid level pump shutdown, metering pump, and mixer malfunction sound and light alarm.

5、 Attention:

The dissolution tank must be cleaned twice during the first operation of the new equipment.
