At the same time, suitable vertical hot water pumps, stainless steel pipeline pumps, and explosion-proof centrifugal pumps are derived from the pipeline centrifugal pump according to different temperatures and media used. This series of centrifugal pump products has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, and stable performance. 1. ISG type centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire protection pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment matching. The operating temperature is T ＜ 80 ℃.
2. The IRG (GRG) type hot water circulation pump is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, as well as hotels, restaurants, and other boiler high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation transportation and urban heating system circulation pumps. The operating temperature of the IRG type is T<120 ℃, and the operating temperature of the GRG type is T<240 ℃.
3. IHG type vertical chemical pump is used for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food and pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers. The operating temperature ranges from -20 ℃ to 120 ℃.
4. YG type vertical oil pump is used to transport petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, etc. The temperature of the conveyed medium is -20 ℃~+120 ℃.
Note: The suction pressure of the pipeline centrifugal pump is ≤ 1.0MPa, or the higher working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, the suction inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is ≤ 2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately stated when ordering, so that the overcurrent and connection parts of the pump can be made of cast steel materials during manufacturing.
