2. Working principle:

The material enters the spiral body from the feeding port, and is transported from the discharge port or into the press machine for pressing and dehydration through the rotation of the spiral. The length L of the conveyor is selected by the user, and the power drive device adopts a double cycloidal gear reducer or a worm gear helical gear reducer. It can be installed at the inlet end of the conveyor (push screw) or at the outlet end (pull screw). The U-shaped groove bottom of the equipment is equipped with a wear-resistant protective liner, which is selected according to the different materials being conveyed.

3. Usage and maintenance:

1. Operators must undergo training and pass the qualification before they can start operating.

2. The equipment shall be inspected, maintained, repaired, and lubricated in accordance with the requirements of the normal system.

3. Inspect the operation of the machine daily and ensure that there is no abnormal noise. Add appropriate bearing grease and seal for any leaks. Check the oil level in the drive gearbox every month and raise it to the required height.

Open the top cover every six months, check the wear of the spiral body and lining, and inspect the fastening of all fastening connections.

Every year: Check the wear of the seals and replace them as needed.

Every two years: the equipment undergoes disassembly and overhaul, disassembles and cleans the bearing box, replaces worn parts, replaces sealing rings and worn bushings, inspects and calibrates the spiral body, etc.

4. The speed and conveying capacity of the reducer should be selected according to the user's needs, and the conveyed materials should be ensured to be uniform and not too much or too large.

5. After material blockage and screw shutdown, the cause should be identified and the fault should be eliminated before restarting.

6. When the machine is shut down for more than three days, the internal materials of the equipment should be flushed or removed to avoid drying up and clumping (especially when the temperature is high). When the temperature is low in winter, attention should be paid to antifreeze. If clumping or freezing occurs, it should be eliminated before starting the machine.
