The material conveying of the screw conveyor relies on the sliding movement of the rotating blades, and the conveying direction determines the left and right rotation direction of the screw blades and their rotation direction. Therefore, it can be used for one-way conveying, two-way conveying, or multi-point loading according to needs. It can be installed horizontally or at a certain angle. The material enters the spiral body from the feeding port (5), and is transported from the discharging port (1) or into the press machine for pressing and dehydration through the rotation of the spiral. The length L of the conveyor is selected by the user, and the power drive device (6) adopts a double cycloidal gear reducer or a worm gear helical gear reducer, which can be installed at the inlet end of the conveyor (push screw) or at the outlet end (pull screw). The U-shaped groove bottom of the equipment is equipped with a wear-resistant protective liner, which is selected according to the different materials being conveyed.

3、 Installation and debugging:

1. If not specified in the purchase contract, the machine is equipped with a floor bracket according to the user's discharge height when it leaves the factory, and the user uses expansion bolts to fix it during installation.

2. Leave at least 0.7m of space above the top cover to ensure that the top cover, screw, liner, etc. can be removed during maintenance. Whether a drainage outlet is needed at the bottom of the equipment is selected by the user when ordering.

3. The horizontal tolerance of the conveyor installed horizontally in the length direction is 1/1000, and the installation angle error for inclined installation is ± 1 degree.

4. The equipment must not collide or slide during lifting, and effective measures must be taken to protect the stainless steel surface of the equipment. Scratches, wear, and dents are not allowed.

5. Before starting up, check if the oil level of the cycloidal pinwheel reducer is normal. Replace the lubricating oil after 300 hours of use. For equipment that has been running continuously for more than 16 hours, replace it every 2500 hours thereafter. For equipment that has been running for 8 hours per shift, it can be extended to 4000 hours.

6. When testing the machine with power on, it should be jog first to confirm that there is no component friction before entering normal trial operation.

7. Start up and run for two hours to break in the newly assembled parts, and use some appropriate lubrication (such as
