Sludge testing is a testing method used to evaluate the quality and characteristics of sludge. Sludge is a solid waste generated during the sewage treatment process, containing organic matter, inorganic matter, microorganisms, and other components.
Sludge testing institutionSludge testing project
PH value, TS (dry matter content), volatile matter content, fatty acids, methane content, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, available phosphorus sludge moisture content, total organic matter, mixed sludge concentration, total alkalinity, cadmium, mercury, lead, chromium, arsenic, nickel, zinc, copper, boron, mineral oil, phenol, total phosphorus, total potassium, total bacterial count, coliform bacteria, roundworm egg mortality rate, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, etc. Activity detection, concentration detection, content detection, qualitative detection, component detection, heavy metal detection, calorific value detection, component detection, solid content detection, routine inspection, radioactive detection, organic matter detection, qualitative detection, benzo [a] pyrene detection, flocculation detection, chemical composition detection, settling ratio detection, etc.
Sludge testing institution
1. Microorganisms: The types and quantities of microorganisms in sludge will show significant changes after digestion and composting treatment, especially before greening, agriculture, and other treatments, which require detection of pathogenic microorganisms.
2. Volatile substances and ash content: Volatile substances represent the amount of organic impurities contained in sludge, while ash content represents the amount of inorganic impurities contained in sludge.
3. Toxic substances: In order to avoid environmental impact, it is necessary to detect toxic substances such as mercury and lead in sludge and its products.
4. Moisture content and solid content: Sludge with high moisture content has low solid content, while sludge with low moisture content has high solid content. The remaining sludge undergoes concentration, digestion, and dewatering treatment, and the moisture content of the dewatered sludge will significantly change. Changes in moisture or solid content can reflect the effectiveness of the concentration, digestion, dewatering, and other treatment processes.
Biochemical sludge testing process
1. Project application: Submit a testing application to the testing agency.
2. Product testing: The enterprise sends the test samples to the laboratory for testing.
3. Preparation and review report: The testing agency prepares and reviews the report based on the data.
4. Issuing report: After the report is verified to be correct, the report will be issued.
