The testo 3008 Pro - Smoke Sampler can be widely used for monitoring the concentration of smoke and dust emissions from pollution sources and measuring dust removal efficiency. It uses pitot tubes and sensors such as micro pressure, temperature, and flow to measure the flow rate, sampling flow rate, and other temperature and pressure variables of flue gas. It is calculated and controlled by a microcomputer host, powered by an exhaust pump, to collect a certain amount of dust at a certain flow rate through constant velocity sampling into the filter cartridge/membrane module. Based on the increase in the mass of the sampled filter cartridge/membrane module, the dust mass per unit volume of gas, that is, the dust concentration in the exhaust gas, is calculated.

When the concentration of particulate matter in the flue gas is ≤ 20 mg/m ³, filter membrane sampling should be selected.

When the concentration of particulate matter in the flue gas is greater than 50 mg/m ³, filter membrane sampling should be selected.

20 mg/m ³ ＜ particulate matter concentration in flue gas ≤ 50 mg/m ³, filter cartridge method and membrane method can be selected arbitrarily.

When measuring moisture content, the dry wet bulb method and the instrument method (resistance capacitance method) are available for selection and can be automatically switched.

Strong air pump, anti lock design, can maintain high flow working state under high negative pressure conditions, with a maximum negative pressure greater than -65kPa and an air cut-off flow rate greater than 60L/min. When using a 12mm sampling nozzle flowmeter with a pressure of -20 kPa, the incoming flow rate is greater than 30L/min.

Can store up to 65000 sets of data, supports data USB flash drive transfer, does not lose data when powered off, and can continue to work after power on.
