Operating principle
Under the operation instructions of the automation control program, the equipment starts at the beginning of the low valley period at night, and heats up the solid alloy heat storage block through electric heating elements, thereby converting electrical energy into thermal energy and storing it in the heat storage body.
When the temperature reaches the set heat storage temperature or the valley electricity time period ends, the equipment automatically cuts off the heating power and the heat storage ends. At the same time, the thermal storage body is wrapped with insulation modules to isolate heat from the outside world, effectively controlling heat loss within the required range.
When using heat, the built-in heat exchanger of the equipment is matched with a high-temperature circulating fan to start running. The heat in the heat storage body is extracted in the form of hot air and sent to the built-in heat exchanger. Through the built-in heat exchanger, the heating circulating water and other circulating media flowing through the heat exchanger can be heated, thereby achieving the purpose and requirements of heat output.
So the operation is fully automated under the requirements of preset parameters, with automatic alarm, automatic shutdown, remote data transmission and monitoring, achieving unmanned and fully automated operation.
