1、 Characteristics of the fan

The plastic fan for fertilizer chemical industry has the characteristics of low noise, flat performance curve, large flow regulation range, and wide area.

Plastic fans have a high degree of "three modernizations" and good universality. The casing, air inlet, and transmission system of this fan are compatible with ordinary fans.

The flow section is made of various materials (polypropylene or special corrosion-resistant materials), and economical and suitable materials can be selected according to different medium conditions proposed by the user.

Adopting an integral support, the casing, transmission group, and motor are all installed and debugged before shipment, and users do not need to perform secondary installation and debugging of the components, ensuring smooth operation.

2、 The purpose of the fan

Plastic fans are generally used for conveying corrosive gases (such as HCI, HF) in chemical enterprises, and can also be used for conveying air and gases that do not self ignite or contain viscous substances. The material used is polypropylene or other materials, and the temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed 60 ℃. The dust and hard fine particles contained in the medium shall not exceed 150 milligrams/m3.

3、 Type of fan

1. This fan is a single suction type, with multiple machine numbers including No.5, No.6, No.7, No.8, No.8.6, No.9, No.9.5, No.10, No.12, etc.

2. This fan can be made in two types: right-handed or left-handed: when viewed from one end of the main shaft, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right-handed fan, represented by "right"; Rotate counterclockwise and call it a left turn fan, indicated by "left".

3. The outlet position of the fan is represented by the angle of the casing, and both "left" and "right" can be made into six angles: 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °, 180 °, and 225 °.

4. The transmission mode of the fan is either C or D.
