When selecting, based on the pressure and air volume you are using, generally choose a wind pressure of 20KPa or above for high air volume. For larger air volume, you can choose a Fufeng single blade fan. For deeper water levels, it is recommended to choose a Fufeng double blade fan, which is more suitable and reasonable.

6、 Adopting the principle of bearing pre design, two bearings are placed at the front end of the fan blades and the rear end of the motor to achieve a balanced configuration and facilitate heat dissipation. (The reason is that there are heat dissipation fins at the front end of the fan blades for heat dissipation, while the bearings at the back end work under the built-in cooling fan of the fan, thus keeping the bearings working for a long time at low temperatures.)

Fufeng Vortex BlowerWiring and connection method:

1. Please use the fixed frequency of the fixed voltage (recorded on the label) for the power supply, and assemble the correct circuit according to the wiring diagram.

2. The voltage variation should be within plus or minus 5% of the fixed voltage. (10% can also be used, but when the voltage fluctuates greatly for a long time, it is easy to cause faults, which should be avoided.)

3. Due to the lack of an overheat load protection device for the blower, it is not possible to monitor its heat regularly. Therefore, please install an overload protection electromagnetic switch with the same horsepower. And adjust the safety current to be the same as or below the nameplate value.

4. Select standard wiring based on the horsepower of the motor and the electrical construction method. Specific industries and countries have further safety requirements, please consult their trade and safety regulatory units.

5. Confirm rotation direction: After wiring is completed, turn on the switch briefly to confirm its rotation direction and whether there is any noise. The direction of rotation is indicated by the arrow on the blower. If the rotation direction is incorrect, the order of suction and supply air will be reversed. If it is three-phase, swap any two of the three external wires.

6. To prevent accidents caused by leakage, please install a grounding wire.
