Working principle of powder recycling equipment: Under the suction effect of the fan, negative pressure is formed inside the powder spraying room to prevent powder from escaping outside the room. The powder flow and air flow are drawn into the centralized recovery of the filter element through the exhaust duct, filtered by the filter element, and the clean air is discharged through the fan. The centralized recycling system is equipped with an automatic cleaning function of filter cartridge pulse blowback. The pulse controller opens the pulse valve at regular intervals, opens the compressed air in the air storage bag, and blows off the powder on the filter cartridge to ensure that the filter cartridge has sufficient ventilation at all times. The small amount of powder that has not been adsorbed onto the workpiece and has been recycled in the powder room should be promptly cleaned and recycled for reuse.

1. Working principle of powder spraying room

Spray coating is a painting technique that charges the powder coating medium and attaches it to a grounded workpiece. The principle of powder adhering to the workpiece relies on electrostatic adsorption, and the coated workpiece can only form a complete protective coating after being heated, cured, and leveled.

2. The main components of the powder spraying room

The powder supply device is in a sulfurized state in the powder supply system. Through the action of compressed air, the powder is carried away by the high-pressure airflow through the siphon pipe, forming a powder mixture gas. It passes through the Venturi powder pump and powder conveying pipe and finally reaches the spray gun.

3. Static electricity generation device in powder spraying room

The high voltage and low current generated by the static electricity generating device cause the electrode needle located at the front of the spray gun to release into the air. The powder is discharged in the air after being sprayed out by the spray gun and nozzle, and is delivered to the grounded surface of the workpiece through the double-layer effect of electrostatic adsorption and airflow transport. The spray gun can generate sufficient voltage (100KV) to ensure the spraying effect of the workpiece.

4、 粉末回收室

As the main body of electrostatic powder spraying, the recycling system adopts cyclone, bag or filter type recycling methods. Under the wind force of the fan, the recovered powder is gradually blown into the bottom recycling box through an electronic pulse device for centralized collection and reuse.
