Firstly, the operator will seal and connect the suction tube to be tested to the testing chamber of the tester, ensuring a tight connection and no external air interference. Next, through the internal air pump or pressure control system of the instrument, a certain pressure of gas is filled into the suction tube to quickly reach the set test pressure value. This pressure value is not arbitrarily set, but determined based on relevant medical standards and the actual usage scenarios of the suction tube, with the aim of simulating the pressure environment that the suction tube is subjected to during actual operation.

During the process of maintaining pressure, high-precision pressure sensors and flow sensors begin to play a crucial role. A pressure sensor is like a sensitive "pressure sensor" that continuously monitors subtle changes in pressure inside the pipe; A flow sensor is like a precise "flow detector" that constantly detects changes in flow caused by gas leaks. If there is a leak in the suction tube, the gas inside the tube will escape from the leak, causing the pressure inside the tube to gradually decrease over time. At the same time, gas will flow out from the leak, causing abnormal fluctuations in flow rate.

The tester will determine whether the suction tube is qualified based on the pre-set pressure change threshold and flow rate change range. For example, if the pressure inside the suction tube drops beyond the set value or the flow rate changes beyond the allowable range within the specified testing time, the tester will immediately determine that there is a leakage problem with the suction tube and issue a corresponding alarm prompt.
