Stacked screw sludge dewatering machine
Concentrated part of the screw stacking machine:
When the screw drives the shaft to rotate, the multiple fixed and movable laminations located on the outer periphery of the shaft move relative to each other. Under the action of gravity, water is filtered out from the gaps between the relative moving laminations, achieving rapid concentration.
Dehydration part of the screw stacking machine:
The concentrated sludge moves forward continuously with the rotation of the spiral shaft; Along the direction of the mud cake outlet, the pitch of the spiral shaft gradually decreases, the gap between rings also gradually decreases, and the volume of the spiral cavity continues to shrink; Under the action of the back pressure plate at the outlet, the internal pressure gradually increases. With the continuous operation of the spiral drive shaft, the water in the sludge is squeezed and discharged, and the solid content of the filter cake continues to increase, ultimately achieving continuous dewatering of the sludge.
Self cleaning part of the screw stacking machine:
The rotation of the spiral shaft drives the moving ring to continuously rotate, and the equipment relies on the movement between the fixed ring and the moving ring to achieve a continuous self-cleaning process, thus cleverly avoiding the common problem of blockage in traditional dehydrators.
The main body of the dehydrator is a filtering device formed by stacking a fixed ring and a moving ring, with a spiral shaft passing through it The front section is the concentration section, and the rear section is the dehydration section.
The filter gap formed between the fixed ring and the moving ring, as well as the pitch of the spiral shaft, gradually decreases from the concentration section to the dehydration section.
The rotation of the spiral shaft not only drives the sludge to be transported from the concentration section to the dewatering section, but also continuously drives the moving ring to clean the filter gap and prevent blockage.
