Construction of stainless steel drying fan:

Chassis: Made of steel plate, it can be divided into integral and semi open types, and the semi open type is easy to maintain.

Impeller: composed of blades, curved front plate, and flat rear plate.

Rotor: It should have undergone static and dynamic balancing, with smooth rotation and good performance.

Transmission part: It consists of a main shaft, bearing housing, rolling bearings, and pulleys (or couplings).

Stainless steel drying fan is based on the principle of converting kinetic energy into potential energy, using a high-speed rotating impeller to accelerate gas, then decelerate and change the flow direction, converting kinetic energy into potential energy (pressure). In a single-stage centrifugal fan, gas enters the impeller from the axial direction, changes to the radial direction as it flows through the impeller, and then enters the diffuser. In a diffuser, the gas changes its flow direction causing deceleration, which converts kinetic energy into pressure energy. Pressure mainly occurs in the impeller, followed by the expansion process. In a multi-stage centrifugal fan, a reflux device is used to direct the airflow into the next impeller, generating high pressure.

Drying fans used in some warehouses have more functions than regular fans, providing ventilation while also maintaining dryness in the warehouse. If it is a warehouse, it will also have a cooling effect. Especially in some grain storage warehouses, the role played by the drying fan is extremely important. Without the drying fan, the grain would not be stored in the warehouse. If it is cloudy and rainy, the grain in the granary will become moldy. The reason why China can provide timely grain supply is largely due to this drying fan.
