Product Introduction

The flame retardant corrugated plate inside this type of flame arrester is commonly made of stainless steel strip or copper nickel alloy material pressed into a corrugated shape, and the size of the corrugation is determined by the properties of the gas and the speed of flame prevention.
Composition of explosion-proof corrugated fire-resistant plate:
1. There are two types of explosion-proof corrugated fire-resistant plates: one is composed of corrugated thin plates and flat plates alternately wrapped around the central axis, forming a layered fire-resistant layer with triangular pores; Another type is composed of corrugated thin plate materials folded in two directions, which are separated into many small pores and channels, providing flames with winding and twisting channels.
2. The thickness of commonly used corrugated thin plates is between 0.1 and 0.3mm, and the height of the corrugations is generally 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 0.7mm, and 1.2mm, etc., which should be determined according to the flame prevention speed.
3. The explosion-proof corrugated flame arrester plate is the internal component of the flame arrester, and the flame arrester disc is made of stainless steel strip wrapped around it.
4. The corrugated board flame retardant core is made by winding the corrugated board around a certain size shaft, and the diameter of the corrugated board flame retardant core and shaft diameter are determined by our company. The parameters of the corrugated board used for winding the flame retardant core, such as thickness, width, top angle, peak height, and peak spacing, are also determined by our company (specific details depend on actual processing capacity).
5. The corrugated plate is made of 304 stainless steel plate with a fixed thickness. Among them, h is the wave height, λ is the wave distance, δ is the thickness of the corrugated plate of 0.1mm, α is the apex angle of 90 °, and L is the width of the corrugated band. The wave height h value is the priority condition to be met. If other processing conditions cannot meet the requirements set by our company, we should first ensure that the wave height h value meets the design conditions. It is sufficient to satisfy either the wave distance λ or the vertex angle α. Except for corrugated board thickness of 0.1mm, top angle of 90 °, and material of 304.
6. Technical requirements for corrugated board flame retardant core: The corrugated board flame retardant core is formed by winding the corrugated board around a shaft with a diameter of d, and a flat plate of the same thickness material should be sandwiched between the two layers of corrugated boards. After winding to the required diameter D of the corrugated board flame retardant core, add 5 turns of flat plate winding and fix the joint by welding.

Product inspection:
1. Ripple tape inspection measures the wave height h, wave distance λ, and width L of the corrugated tape, with allowable deviations.
2. The inspection and measurement of the corrugated board flame retardant core includes measuring the triangular wave height h, measuring the wave distance λ, and measuring the diameter D of the corrugated board flame retardant core. The allowable deviation is shown in Table 2.
3. Check that the corrugated board flame retardant core should not be loose, and ensure that the two bottom surfaces of the corrugated board flame retardant core are level.
4. Inspect the welding area of the corrugated board flame retardant core, and there should be no welding through the corrugated tape, weld cracking, or other issues.
