Composite exhaust valves are used at high points on pipelines where there is a closed air, to remove gas from the pipeline and clear it to ensure normal operation. If an exhaust valve is not installed, the liquid flowing in the pipeline will generate kinetic heat, causing gas to form a short circuit and resulting in the pipeline's water discharge capacity not meeting the design requirements. Secondly, if there is a power outage or pump stop during pipeline operation, negative pressure will occur, causing pipeline vibration or rupture. The exhaust valve will quickly suck air into the pipeline to prevent pipeline vibration or rupture.


The float of the exhaust valve is made of low-density PPR and composite materials, which will not deform even after prolonged immersion in high-temperature water. It will not cause difficulties in float movement.
2. The float lever is made of hard plastic, and the connection between the lever, float, and support is a movable connection, so it will not rust during long-term operation, which may cause the system to malfunction and result in water leakage.

When water enters the pipeline, the plug stops at the lower part of the positioning frame for a large amount of exhaust. When the air is exhausted, the water enters the valve and lifts the ball, driving the plug to close and stopping the exhaust. During normal operation of the pipeline, a small amount of gas will naturally be generated, which will accumulate in the upper part of the pipeline. When the water level in the valve drops to a certain extent, the floating ball will descend along the water and the gas will be discharged from the small hole. If there is a power outage or pump stop, negative pressure will occur at any time when the water flow in the pipeline is empty. The floating ball will descend along the water and open the small hole to drive the large hole for a large amount of air intake to ensure the safety of the pipeline.
