J41F4-16 and J41F46-16 fluorine lined globe valves are suitable for use in pipelines with various concentrations of aqua regia, flowing acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and various organic acids, strong acids, and strong oxidants at -50~150 ℃. They are also suitable for use in pipelines with various concentrations of strong alkaline organic solvents and other corrosive gases and liquid media. It has the advantages of compact structure, flexible opening and closing, strong corrosion resistance, and short stroke (generally 1/4 of the nominal diameter), and is widely used in pipeline systems such as petroleum and chemical industries to cut off media. However, it should be emphasized that fluorine lined globe valves are strictly prohibited from flow regulation to prevent high-speed media flow generated at the throttle outlet from eroding and damaging the sealing surface.

The opening and closing component of a globe valve is a plug shaped valve disc, with a flat or conical sealing surface. The valve disc moves in a straight line along the centerline of the fluid. The movement form of the valve stem includes a lifting rod type (the valve stem is lifted and lowered without the handwheel lifting), as well as a lifting rotating rod type (the handwheel rotates and lifts together with the valve stem, and the nut is set on the valve body). Globe valves are only suitable for fully open and fully closed, and are not allowed to be adjusted or throttled.

Product application:

The fluorine lined flange globe valve is suitable for use in pipelines with various concentrations of aqua regia, flowing acid, hydrochloric acid fluoric acid, and various organic acids, strong acids, strong oxidants at -50 ℃~+150 ℃. It is also suitable for use in pipelines with various concentrations of strong alkali organic solvents and other corrosive gases and liquid media. Used to control corrosive or highly corrosive media, the surface of the valve body cavity is covered with various fluoroplastics for selection, suitable for different working temperatures and fluid pipelines, and has the characteristics of high strength and good corrosion resistance.

Structural features:

1. Compared with gate valves, globe valves have a simpler structure and are easier to manufacture and maintain.

2. The sealing surface is not easily worn or scratched, with good sealing performance and long service life.

3. The valve disc stroke during opening and closing is small, the opening and closing time is short, and the valve height is small.

4. The valve disc and valve stem are designed as an integrated structure, which is compact and safe to use.

5. There are three structural forms of globe valves: straight through, direct flow, and angle type. The straight through type is commonly used, while the angle type can be installed at the corners of the pipeline system. The direct flow type has a smaller flow resistance than the globe valve.

6. Pneumatic and electric devices can be configured according to user needs to meet the needs of remote control and program control.

Globe valves belong to forced sealing valves, so when the valve is closed, pressure must be applied to the valve disc to force the sealing surface not to leak. When the medium enters the valve from below the valve disc, the resistance that the operating force needs to overcome is the frictional force between the valve stem and the packing, as well as the thrust generated by the pressure of the medium. The force required to close the valve is greater than the force required to open it, so the diameter of the valve stem should be larger, otherwise the valve stem bending fault may occur. In recent years, with the emergence of self sealing valves, the flow of medium in shut-off valves has shifted from above the valve disc into the valve chamber. Under the pressure of the medium, the force required to close the valve is small, while the force required to open the valve is large, resulting in a corresponding reduction in the diameter of the valve stem. Meanwhile, under the influence of the medium, this type of valve is also relatively tight. The "Three Modernizations" of valves in our country once stipulated that the flow direction of globe valves should be from top to bottom.

When the shut-off valve is opened and the opening height of the valve disc is 25% to 30% of the nominal diameter, the flow rate has reached, indicating that the valve has reached the fully open position. So the fully open position of the shut-off valve should be determined by the stroke of the valve disc. The outer shell of the fluorine lined straight through globe valve is made of investment casting precision, with high strength and smooth appearance. The internal cavity, valve body, valve cover, valve disc and other components (i.e. chemical medium flow components) in contact with the liquid are all lined or coated with excellent corrosion-resistant materials (fluoroplastics). The molding process technology is used to make the valve have both the strength and corrosion resistance of metal. The valve seat adopts integral polymer as the sealing material, which has excellent sealing performance over a wide temperature and pressure range; The opening and closing element (valve disc) is a valve driven by the valve stem and moves up and down along the central axis of the valve seat. It is mainly used to connect or cut off the medium in the pipeline, but cannot be used for throttling.

The installation and usage precautions are as follows:

1) Fluorine lined globe valves should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and the valve channels should be blocked at both ends.

2) The fluorine lined globe valve stored should be regularly inspected and cleaned of dirt. Special attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the sealing surface to prevent damage to it.

3) Before installation, carefully check whether the markings of the fluorine lined globe valve match the usage requirements.

4) Before installation, the inner cavity and sealing surface of the fluorine lined globe valve should be checked. If there is dirt, it should be wiped clean with a cleaning cloth.

5) Before installation, check whether the packing is tightly compressed, ensuring the sealing of the packing and not hindering the rotation of the valve stem.

6) During the pressure test of the system or pipeline after installation, the fluorine lined globe valve should be in the fully open position.

7) When in use, lubricant should be regularly injected into the trapezoidal thread of the valve stem.

8) When opening or closing a manual fluorine lined globe valve, the handwheel should be used instead of auxiliary levers or other tools.

9) Fluorine lined globe valves should be regularly inspected after use to check for wear on the sealing surface, valve stem, gaskets, and packing. If damaged or ineffective, it should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
