Submersible sludge reflux pump

QJB-W type sludge reflux pump is used for pumping purified water during ground drainage; Irrigation and control of waterway systems;In the process of wastewater treatment, it is recycled or in the mud suction circuit.

The usage conditions of QJB type sludge reflux pump:When running continuously,
The medium temperature is not higher than 40℃；

The pH value of the medium is 6-9.

1. Cable

The cable adopts a specially designed waterproof cable.

2. Junction box

The junction box is fully enclosed and isolated from the surrounding liquid and stator box.

3. Electric motor

50HZ squirrel cage 3-phase submersible asynchronous motor, F-class insulation, protection level IP68. The motor is cooled by the surrounding medium.

4. Axis

The shaft of the electric motor is made of stainless steel material, and the rotor undergoes dynamic balance testing.

5. Sealing

The static seal is an O-ring seal. The shaft seal is a mechanical seal that isolates the oil chamber from the surrounding medium.

6. Bearings

The designed service life can reach over 100000 hours.

7．油室

Oil is used to lubricate and cool mechanical seal friction pairs, and to isolate permeate.

8. Impeller

The impeller has three blades, which are wide and thin, with a smooth and swept back surface. Therefore, it achieves efficient and unobstructed operation, and has self-cleaning function.

9. Cone tube

The purpose is to create a fluid state.

10. Discharge connector

The discharge joint is used to fix the inlet cone pipe on the outlet pipe.

11. Guidance device

The guiding device consists of two pipes (conduits) and an upper conduit clamp.

Installation steps:

1. Install the water outlet pipe according to the installation diagram requirements;

2. Install two conduits and support blocks, and fix the support blocks to the wall with I-type expansion anchor screws (M10 * 95);

3. Install the bracket and secure it with I-type expansion anchor screws (M20 * 150). Ensure that the lifting of the hook and the lifting of the sludge return pump are on the same vertical line.

Lift the sludge reflux pump horizontally and slide it vertically down along the conduit. The pump slides down along the conduit and automatically couples with the outlet pipe. Ensure that the flange of the imported cone pipe is in the correct position with the outlet pipe at the guide point. Lift and lower 1 to 2 times, check for flexibility and ease. After the sludge reflux pump is correctly positioned, make the wire rope of the hand-operated hoist in a relaxed state.
