product overview
1. This series of electric motors is a series of products developed by our company, with high rotational speed, widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, and power to drive mechanical loads with large moment of inertia such as fans, water pumps, and compressors.
2. This series of synchronous motors complies with GB755 "Rotating Electrical Machinery Rating and Performance" JB/T2224 "Technical Conditions for Large AC Three phase Four pole Synchronous Motors".
3. There are 1000 electric motors in this series KW、2000KW、2500KW、3200KW、4000KW、5000KW、6500KW、7000KW、8000KW、9000KW、12000KW Series motor specifications with multiple power levels. Electric motors can be started directly at full voltage, or they can be started with reduced voltage.
Structural characteristics
1. This series of synchronous motors adopts shell protection levels of IP44 and IP54. The cooling methods are divided into upper water cooling, lower water cooling, and pipeline ventilation.
2. This series of motors includes a stator, rotor, base plate, and cooler.
Stator: The machine base is welded from steel plates. The stator core is made of 0.5mm thick low loss silicon steel sheets stacked together, and the core segments are separated by radial ventilation ducts. The stator coil is a double-layer drop winding, which adopts single-layer or double-layer parallel winding. The main insulation is rated as F level (temperature rise is assessed as B level). After being offline, the stator is vacuum pressure coated (VPI) to ensure good insulation performance.
Rotor: The magnetic pole core is a solid magnetic pole. The magnetic pole coil adopts F-level insulation (temperature rise is assessed according to B-level), and there are two types: winding and welding. The rotor spindle is made of high-strength forged steel.
Bottom plate: It is a steel structure, welded with steel plates of 20-30mm or more.
Cooler: The cooler structure is installed inside a steel box, with the upper water-cooled inlet and outlet flanges at the top of the motor and the lower water-cooled inlet and outlet flanges at the bottom of the pit. It is equipped with pulleys for easy operation.
