YTM YMPS YHP series high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor, with voltage levels of 6KV and 10KV.

Model Description (Taking YTM710-6 as an Example)

YTM - asynchronous motor specifically designed for cylindrical coal mills with enclosed air air coolers;

YMPS - Closed asynchronous motor for medium speed coal mill with air air cooler;

YHP - asynchronous motor for bowl type coal mill with enclosed air air cooler;

710- represents a motor center height of 710mm;

6- represents level 6;

Structural characteristics

This series of motors adopts a box shaped appearance, and the base is welded from steel plates, which makes the motor have the characteristics of good rigidity and light weight. The optimized design of the motor structure also makes the series of motors easy to install and maintain.

The stator and rotor laminations are made by punching low loss non oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets.

The stator adopts an external pressure structure, the stator winding adopts F-class insulation material, and the coil end is reliably fixed and tied. After the end wiring of the coil is completed, it needs to undergo inter turn pulse voltage testing and be treated with internationally advanced vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint (VPI) technology.

The squirrel cage rotor has two structures: cast aluminum and copper bars, which are manufactured using advanced and reliable cast aluminum or welding processes, and have undergone dynamic balance verification. Therefore, the motor runs smoothly and reliably.

The bearings adopt two structural forms: rolling bearings and sliding bearings, depending on the motor power, usage, and speed.
