T30, T35, T40 axial flow fans

T30, T35, T40 are mainly used for ventilation and heat dissipation in general factories, warehouses, offices, residential areas, etc. If the casing is removed, they can also be used as free fans or installed in series at intervals in longer exhaust pipes to increase the air pressure in the pipes. The T35 axial flow fan is based on similar foreign products. Through model testing and research, the fan blade type has been determined, and a cylindrical hub structure has been adopted. At the same time, the motor has been modified and designed to reduce flow losses, thereby increasing the efficiency of the fan outlet to 77% based on the circular area and 89.5% based on the outlet ring area. The noise ratio A has been reduced by 3.6dB, and the strength at the blade root has been enhanced to avoid blade fracture.
The BT35 explosion-proof axial flow fan is mainly used to discharge gases containing flammable, explosive but non corrosive substances. Explosion proof motors must be used for motors, and explosion-proof switches must be used or kept away from explosive points. Wires in explosive areas must not have joints.
The gas passing through T35 and BT35 fans should be free of corrosiveness and significant dust, and its temperature should not exceed 40 ℃
BFT35 is mainly used to discharge flammable, explosive, and corrosive gases, but the temperature should not exceed 60 ℃
