1. This series of motors includes TK series brushed synchronous motors and TAW series increased safety brushless excitation synchronous motors.

1.1 TK series three-phase synchronous motors are mainly used as synchronous motors for reciprocating compressors, and can also be used to drive other mechanical equipment such as water pumps and fans. They are mostly used in the refrigeration and fertilizer industries;

1.2 TAW series increased safety brushless synchronous motors are widely used in environments with flammable and explosive gases, mainly in industries such as petroleum, chemical, coal, ammonia production, fertilizers, and coal gas.

2. The TK series synchronous motor complies with the provisions of GB755 "Rating and Performance of Rotating Electrical Machines" and JB/T8667.1 "Technical Conditions for TK Series of Large Three phase Synchronous Motors".

3. The TAW series increased safety brushless synchronous motor complies with the provisions of GB755 "Rating and Performance of Rotating Electrical Machines", GB/T3836.1 "General Requirements for Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments", GB/T3836.3 "Increased Safety Type" e "of Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments", GB8973 "Explosion proof Technical Requirements for Increased Safety Brushless Excitation Synchronous Motors", and GB8974 "Technical Conditions for TAW Series Increased Safety Brushless Excitation Synchronous Motors".

4. This series of motors comes in various voltage levels such as 380V, 3300V, 6000V, 6300V, 6600V, 10000V, 11000V, etc. The motors can be started directly at full voltage or with reduced voltage.

Structural characteristics

1. This series of synchronous motors can be made in two structural types: with shaft and seat bearings (IM7311) and without shaft and seat bearings (IM5710). The cooling method can be divided into various types such as open natural ventilation IC01, pipeline ventilation IC37, etc. The motor's shell protection level is IP00, IP20, IP21, IP23, IP44, IP54, etc.

2. This series of motors consists of three main parts: stator, rotor, and base plate.

Stator: The machine base is welded from steel plates. The stator core is made of 0.5mm thick low loss silicon steel sheets stacked together, and the core segments are separated by radial ventilation ducts. The stator coil adopts F-level insulation (temperature rise is assessed according to B-level);

Rotor: The magnetic pole core is made of 1.5mm thick steel plates stacked together, and the magnetic pole coil is insulated with F-level insulation (temperature rise is assessed according to B-level); The TK series brushed synchronous motor is equipped with a steel slip ring on the shaft, while the TAW series increased safety brushless synchronous motor is equipped with an AC excitation machine and a rotating rectifier disk on the shaft;

Bottom plate: It is a steel structure, welded with steel plates of 20-30mm or more.
