It is an ideal specialized equipment for power plants or various enterprises to meet environmental standards for flue gas desulfurization.

2、 Characteristics of TLF type clamp type fluoroplastic pump

All overcurrent components of the desulfurization pump are made of high-strength, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant non-metallic materials (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc.), which are molded at high temperature and high pressure in one go. The shell is made of high-quality A3 steel that is resistant to pressure and impact through investment casting. The mechanical seal is made of the best wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant special grade pressureless sintered silicon carbide. The entire sealing box structure is uniquely designed, scientifically reasonable, and unparalleled in similar products. The sealing effect is good, and the service life is generally 3-5 times that of similar products.

This pump is made of different non-metallic materials and can be widely used for conveying any concentration of acid, alkali, salt (chloride containing ion medium), strong oxidant, organic solvent, etc. with a temperature below 150 degrees and a solid content (not limited to hard and soft particles) not exceeding 40%. Specially suitable for power plant flue gas desulfurization and sewage treatment, it can replace imported products with the same function.
