TUK Ultrasonic Porking Quality Tester
TUK Ultrasonic Porking Quality Tester Intelligent Ultrasonic Porking Quality Tester is a device that detects pore quality based on ultrasonic principles. The system consists of a host, ultrasonic transmission and reception probes, depth counters, wire racks, cables, etc. The probes are uniformly tested according to the set distance of the measuring points during the lowering process. Each testing point automatically tests two cross-sectional views in the shape of a "+" at the same time. The four groups of transmitters and receivers on the probes automatically emit ultrasonic signals and receive signals emitted through the hole wall. The arrival time of the reflected signals reflects the size of the aperture, and the signal intensity reflects the characteristics of the hole wall. Simultaneously test the orientation of the profile. The diameter, verticality, and inclination direction of the borehole can be calculated.
