TWR drilling geological 3D detection imaging instrument

The TWR drilling geological 3D detection imaging instrument is suitable for detecting harmful geological bodies around boreholes in pile foundation engineering surveys such as construction, highways, railways, water conservancy, and national defense. The main detection contents include fault zone detection, karst cave detection, weak rock layer detection, and stratigraphic stratification detection, and can determine which direction harmful geological bodies are located in the borehole; To improve accuracy, save costs, and enhance efficiency in engineering surveys.
working principle
The working mode of the drilling geological 3D detection imaging instrument is to use high-power elastic wave and ultrasonic imaging technology for drilling, which includes superparamagnetic, piezoelectric acoustic imaging probes and a host. The host is connected to the ultrasonic and piezoelectric acoustic imaging probes through cables for data acquisition, processing, analysis, storage, and display imaging. The acoustic imaging probe is lowered at a certain speed in the borehole, and at the same time, the imaging probe emits and receives acoustic signals from four directions in a 360 degree space around the borehole using a super magnetic or piezoelectric emission source, thereby scanning the geological conditions of the surrounding rock within a radius of 1 to 5 meters around the borehole and generating acoustic detection images in four directions. The acoustic detection image can calculate and analyze the distance and shape of harmful geological bodies in four directions around the rock mass of the borehole, and determine the angle between the plane and the borehole.
