The TZD series horizontal vibration motor is a universal excitation source for various types of vibration machinery. Characteristics of TZD series horizontal vibration motor
- The combination of excitation force and power is appropriate, resulting in high vibration force, light weight, small size, and low mechanical noise.
- Because the vibration motor is a strong resistance type vibration rather than resonance, it has a stable amplitude.
- The vibration frequency range is large. The vibration frequency of an electromagnetic exciter is fixed, generally equal to the power step rate, while the vibration frequency of a vibration motor can be widely adjusted by adjusting the speed, and the vibration frequency and amplitude can be arbitrarily selected according to different paths.
- The electromagnetic exciter is less affected by power fluctuations and may experience significant changes in excitation force due to voltage fluctuations, but in vibration motors, this change is very small.
