The entire device has a compact structure and a small dead volume, ensuring highly accurate feeding control and material transfer during the experimental process. The core reactor is designed with a temperature of 300 ℃, a design pressure of 5MPa, a gas flow control range of 0-100ml/min, and a liquid feeding accuracy of 0.001-5ml/min, meeting the experimental requirements under various harsh working conditions.

Safety is the primary principle of design. The system monitors temperature and pressure in real-time and has a two-level safety interlock. Once it exceeds the limit, it immediately triggers an audible and visual alarm and automatically stops heating, providing solid support for experimental personnel and equipment.

The device adopts a modular design concept, with flexible layout and support for functional expansion or non-standard customization according to future research directions.

The control system not only supports local touch screen operation, but also integrates remote control function. Users can remotely monitor the experimental process and data through a computer, achieving intelligent and convenient experimental management.
