The preheated mixed material enters the tubular reactor and undergoes a reaction in the catalyst bed. The reaction zone adopts a three-stage independent temperature controlled heating furnace to provide a stable constant temperature environment for the reaction process;
The reaction products enter the heat sink for cooling, where the liquid phase products are collected in the inner liner, and the uncondensed gas continues to enter the condenser for condensation treatment. The condensed liquid phase remains in the gas-liquid separator, while the gas phase is regulated and discharged from the system through a back pressure valve, and can be connected to analytical equipment or directly emptied;
The overall design pressure is 10 MPa. The design temperature of the reactor can reach 800 ℃, and the total length of the heating zone is 80mm, divided into three sections, each of which supports independent PID program temperature control. Preheating box, designed for a temperature of 200 ℃, equipped with preheating coils inside the box to fully preheat the reaction materials;
The device itself has a very small dead volume, making experimental feed control more precise;
Real time monitoring of pressure and temperature, equipped with first/second level alarm linkage, automatic triggering of protection actions for over temperature and over pressure, ensuring experimental safety;
