1. The demulsification vacuum filter uses special polymer materials as the medium, integrating demulsification, dehydration, and impurity removal. 4、 Principle:
When the machine is working, the oil that needs to be filtered is sucked into the strong magnetic filter under the external atmospheric pressure and the suction vacuum of the oil filter machine by the vacuum pump. Large particles and impurities are filtered out, and the oil is heated by the heater and enters the coalescence filter. After filtering out small impurities and particles, it enters the water separation filter. Due to the use of enhanced oleophilic and hydrophobic technology in the water separation filter, the interaction force between the oil-water interface is improved, causing small water droplets in the oil to accelerate and coalesce into large water droplets, which separate and precipitate from the oil and settle in the water reservoir. The oil with impurities removed enters the three-dimensional vacuum flash evaporation tower, and under the action of the spray device, the oil is dispersed into a mist and sprayed onto the three-dimensional flash evaporation Bao'er ring, forming a very thin oil film (thickness of 0.025mm). The oil film curve moves downward, producing a large aeration area and aeration time retention process, thus conducting a thorough separation process of demulsification, dehydration, and degassing. The mixed gas formed by evaporated water vapor, light hydrocarbons and other gases enters the water gas separation device, strong wind condensation system, vacuum buffer chamber, and rapidly cools the water vapor, light hydrocarbons and other substances. The condensable gas and water vapor condense into water and are discharged through the drainage device. Non condensable gases are discharged through a vacuum pump. The oil that has been removed of moisture, gas, and mechanical impurities enters a precision filter through an oil pump, and the particles and impurities in the oil are filtered out to obtain purified clean oil, completing the entire oil purification process.

5. Vacuum dehydration: Then the oil enters the vacuum tank, and residual trace water in the oil is removed using vacuum flash evaporation technology. The evaporated water is cooled by the condenser or discharged by the vacuum system.
