Scope of application:

It can be widely used for the treatment of wastewater containing animal and vegetable oil in hotels, restaurants, canteens, food processing plants and other industrial wastewater containing mineral oil in oil fields, petrochemical industry, ships, gas stations, machinery processing and manufacturing, as well as coking. It can also be used together with other water treatment devices.

working principle:

If oily wastewater is discharged directly into urban drainage pipelines without treatment, it will form so-called "gutter oil", which will have an impact on drainage equipment and urban sewage treatment plants. The oil concentration of mixed sewage flowing into biological treatment structures should not exceed 30-50mg/L, otherwise it will directly affect the normal metabolism process of activated sludge and biofilm. This product uses natural float separation to remove floatable oil and partially dispersed oil from oily wastewater under the action of gravity, taking advantage of the difference in oil-water density. By ingeniously designing the internal structure of the oil-water separator, based on the shallow pool sedimentation theory, applying the principle of opposite flow separation and the dialectical relationship between turbulent flow and laminar flow, the flow velocity of the sewage flowing through the oil separation tank is reduced, the water flow is downward, and the oil droplets float upward. Then, a multi-stage treatment and separation device is used, and the inclined plate oil separation technology and special liquid level automatic control technology are adopted to separate the oil from the wastewater.

1. This product can be directly installed on the channel through which oily wastewater flows. Align the wastewater outlet with the inlet of the oil-water separator with a grid (near the side of the slag separation box), and connect it with other equipment through pipelines;.

2. During installation, its horizontal position must be adjusted without any errors;

4. Before the first use, the equipment should be filled with tap water first, and then with sewage until the oil outlet only produces oil and less water;

5. After each use, the debris in the inlet slag box should be taken out and emptied, and cleaned thoroughly;

6. After daily use, the oil drain valve should be opened to discharge the waste oil;

7. During use, the interior of the equipment should be regularly flushed to clean it thoroughly. Generally, it should be flushed every two weeks or depending on the situation.
