Operation precautions

1. When starting the buried sewage treatment equipment, check whether the circuit and wiring control cabinet circuit are correct, and whether the voltage and current meet the requirements.

2. The underground sewage treatment equipment adopts anti blocking and anti tearing submersible sewage pumps. By detecting the liquid level of the sewage tank, the control of two pumps is completed by a microcomputer. When the liquid level reaches the working water level from low to high, start the working pump. If the liquid level continues to rise to the warning level, turn off the working pump and check if the rotation direction is correct when starting the fan. Do not reverse.

3. When the water level in the regulating pool is lower than the starting water level of the water pump, both water pumps stop running. At this time, to ensure the normal growth of biofilm in the sewage treatment equipment, the fan is intermittently started for 10 minutes and paused for half an hour.

4. The sedimentation tank operates for sludge discharge, with solenoid valve discharge or sludge pump lifting for sludge discharge. The sludge discharge cycle is 8 hours and the discharge time is 8 minutes. Two fans start simultaneously to ensure air supply.

5. The fan and water pump adopt automatic replacement operation control, with a replacement conversion time of 4 hours.

6. The monitoring center of buried sewage treatment equipment should complete the work program on the computer cabinet according to the design. Manual operation can be achieved through the button switches on the panel to manually control the switches of submersible sewage pumps, fans, etc.
