Through years of careful design and operational practice, Ba'an Water has explored a practical and feasible model for investment, design, construction, operation, and management of sewage treatment plants and pipelines, and successfully applied it to actual sewage treatment projects in various cities. The sewage treatment process can be divided into primary treatment, secondary treatment, and tertiary treatment according to the degree of treatment. The primary treatment is mainly to remove suspended solid substances in sewage, commonly using physical methods; Secondary treatment will significantly remove CODcr, BOD5, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, phosphorus, and suspended solids from wastewater, while tertiary treatment is further purification treatment to eliminate pollution. The commonly used technologies in sewage treatment include: adsorption biodegradation (AB) process; Hypoxia/Aerobic (A/O) process; Anaerobic/anoxic/aerobic (A2/O) process; Oxidation ditch; Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR); Improved Sequential Intermittent Reactor (MSBR); Intermittent Cycle Delayed Aeration Activated Sludge Process (ICEAS); Circulating activated sludge system (CASS); Membrane bioreactor (MBR); The purpose of tertiary treatment is to further remove certain special pollutants, such as phosphorus and suspended solids, which belong to deep treatment and usually use physical and chemical methods. The design principles in the sewage treatment plant design process follow the following principles: comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, and follow the overall planning guidance. Adopt comprehensive planning to coordinate engineering construction with urban development. Adapt measures to local conditions, fully utilize sewage facilities, implement comprehensive sewage treatment, improve local environment, enhance water quality, and maximize the social, economic, and environmental benefits of the project. Based on the characteristics of the incoming water quality of each project and the environmental capacity and utilization of the receiving water body, a technical and economic comparison is made to determine a flexible and effective combination of sewage treatment processes, ensuring that the operation, management, maintenance, low energy consumption, and small footprint of the sewage treatment plant are easy to operate and maintain; Properly handle the waste residue and sludge generated by the sewage treatment plant to avoid secondary pollution.
