The pneumatic V-ball valve produced by Shanghai Yuhu Company is an advanced control valve with a right angle rotary structure. It is used in conjunction with a valve positioner to achieve proportional adjustment; Used in conjunction with a two position five way solenoid valve and control box, it can achieve switch control. The pneumatic V-shaped ball valve core is designed with a specially shaped V-shaped notch, which has precise flow characteristics and control functions, suitable for various control occasions, compact structure, small volume, and can be installed in a tight position. Pneumatic V-shaped regulating ball valve is suitable for controlling gas, liquid, and solid granular media. Due to the seamless rotation between the valve core and valve seat, it has great shear force and self-cleaning performance, especially suitable for controlling suspensions and solid particles containing fibers or small solid particles. Therefore, the pneumatic V-shaped ball valve can be widely used in the self-control systems of industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, papermaking, chemical fiber, power, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, and environmental protection.
(1) The pneumatic V-ball valve consists of a pneumatic V-ball valve body, a pneumatic actuator, and other accessories. It is an advanced control valve with a right angle rotary structure. The V-shaped ball valve does not require repair for a long time and has a long service life, providing you with a truly efficient valve for controlling process conditions.
(2) Featuring excellent regulating characteristics: The pneumatic V-shaped ball valve has an approximately equal percentage of inherent flow characteristics and an adjustable ratio of up to 300:1. Therefore, pneumatic V-shaped ball valves can provide precise control over a wide range of variations.
(3) Maximum flow volume: Due to its streamlined shape and full right angle rotation control, the maximum volume is particularly high, the flow capacity is particularly large, and the flow resistance is small. Therefore, smaller and more economical valve sizes can be used.
(4) The pneumatic V-shaped ball valve adopts a double bearing structure, with high mechanical stability and low starting torque, ensuring excellent sensitivity and sensing speed of the valve.
(5) Maximum reliability (safety): The valve body is a solid and durable structure, which is not affected by pipeline pressure during operation and can prevent valve body leakage.
(6) The superior sealing performance of metal valve seat: The pneumatic V-shaped ball valve adopts a movable metal valve seat, which has the function of assisting compensation, and has superior sealing performance and ultra long service life. In terms of flow direction, the leakage rate is 10% of the rated flow coefficient.
(7) Super strong shearing ability: The pneumatic V-shaped ball valve adopts a metal hard sealing structure. During the rotation process, the V-shaped notch and the metal seat of the pneumatic V-shaped ball valve produce a strong shearing force that can cut off fibers and other impurities, and has self-cleaning function to avoid valve jamming.

(9) The pneumatic actuator adopts a piston type cylinder and a curved arm conversion structure, with a large output torque and a small volume precision. The actuator adopts a fully sealed waterproof design with high protection level. The cylinder block adopts imported mirror cylinder, oil-free lubrication, low friction coefficient, corrosion resistance, and has super durability and reliability. All transmission bearings adopt boundary self-lubricating bearings without oil lubrication to ensure that the transmission shaft is not worn.
