Product Introduction

verticalpipeline pumpThe ISG type is an efficient and energy-saving product designed by our company in strict accordance with international standard IS02858 and national standards, combining the performance parameters of the IS type centrifugal pump and the structural advantages of the vertical pump. It is a novel vertical product that replaces conventional products such as IS type horizontal pumps and DL type pumpspipeline pumpThe flow range is 1.5-1200m3/h, the head range is 8-150m, and there are more than 250 specifications including basic type, expansion type, A, B, C cutting type, etc. Design and manufacture IRG type hot water pumps, IHG type chemical pumps, and ISHY type vertical explosion-proof chemical pump series products with the same performance parameters according to different flow media and temperatures.

Product Features

1. Compact structure, small size, and beautiful appearance. Its vertical structure has a lower center of gravity and the center of gravity coincides with the center of the pump foot, enhancing the operational stability and lifespan of the pump.
2. Easy to install. The inlet and outlet diameters are the same and on the same centerline, and can be directly installed in any part of the pipeline like a valve. The motor with a rain cover can be used outdoors.
3. Smooth operation, low noise, and concentric height of components. The motor adopts low-noise bearings, and the pump impeller has excellent dynamic and static balance, running without vibration and improving the usage environment.
4. No leakage. The shaft seal adopts corrosion-resistant hard alloy mechanical seal, which solves the problem of serious leakage of centrifugal pump packing seal and extends the service life. Ensure that the operating site is clean and tidy.
5. Easy maintenance. No need to disassemble the pipeline, just fold off the pump cover nut and remove the motor and transmission components for maintenance.
6. According to the on-site usage conditions, the pump can be installed vertically, horizontally, or in multiple ways. Based on the flow head requirements, parallel and series methods can be used to increase the required flow head.

Product Usage

1. ISG vertical pipeline pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical properties similar to clean water. Use a medium temperature below 80 ℃. Suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance water supply, heating, bathroom cold and warm water circulation pressurization, and equipment matching.
2. IRG type vertical hot water pump is suitable for building and housing heating, as well as production process heating systems such as hot water pressurization, circulation, and transportation in civil enterprises and institutions with heating systems, such as power stations, thermal power stations, waste heat utilization, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, wood processing, papermaking, and other industries. It is also suitable for high-temperature hot water in boilers with operating temperatures below 120 ℃.
3. IHG vertical chemical pump is used to transport liquids that are corrosive and have a viscosity similar to water, without solid particles. Suitable for sectors such as textiles, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers. The operating temperature ranges from -20 ℃ to 120 ℃.
4. The ISY (YG) vertical oil pump is suitable for transporting non corrosive, flammable, and explosive liquids in industries such as petroleum, textile, chemical, and machinery. The transported medium temperature ranges from -20 ℃ to 120 ℃ Medium density P<1000 kg/m3.
5. The ISHY vertical explosion-proof chemical pump transports liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, have a viscosity similar to water, and are flammable and explosive. Suitable for sectors such as textiles, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, mining, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers, with a usage temperature range of -20 ℃ to 102 ℃
