The installation and maintenance of pipeline centrifugal pumps are convenient, without the need to disassemble the pipeline system. All rotor components can be extracted by removing the pump coupling nut.
Pipeline centrifugal pumps can be installed vertically or horizontally according to the requirements of pipeline layout.

1Before installation, it is necessary to check whether the fasteners of the unit are loose, and whether the flow channel of the pump body is abnormal or blocked, in order to prevent damage to the impeller and pump body during the operation of the water pump.

2The weight of the pipeline should not be added to the water pump during installation to avoid deformation of the pump.

3During installation, the foundation bolts must be tightened to avoid the impact of vibration on pump performance during start-up.

4For the convenience of maintenance and safety of use, a regulating valve is installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump, and a pressure gauge is installed on the outlet accessory of the pump to ensure that it operates within the rated head and flow range, ensuring the normal operation of the pump and increasing its service life.

5After installation, pull out the pump shaft. The impeller should have no friction sound or jamming phenomenon, and the pump should be disassembled to check the cause.

6There are two types of pump installation: rigid connection installation and flexible connection installation (see connection method).
