Instruments, with standards GB/T 14335, GB/T 16256, ISO 1973, and the testing method standards of the Bureau of Chemical Fiber Standardization (BISFA), are suitable for measuring the linear density of single fibers and can be applied to production enterprises, inspection and scientific research units such as chemical fibers and textiles. The instrument is controlled by a microprocessor and adopts the principle of self-excited oscillation.
