The bearing vibration monitor can measure the vibration of the casing or structure relative to free space, that is, vibration. It is particularly suitable for machines with ball bearings, where the vibration of the shaft can be transmitted to the casing. Therefore, the monitor can be equipped with a vibration speed sensor to continuously measure and protect the rotating machinery. The installation of the sensor should be particularly careful not to reduce the amplitude of the sensor, nor to change the frequency effect or generate signals that cannot represent the true vibration of the machine. This monitor is particularly suitable for situations where a large number of vibration points need to be measured, such as motors, compressors, fans, etc.
Function Description:
1. Display the vibration measurement value, I value alarm, and II value alarm set value, which can be displayed separately on the LED digital tube.
2. Alarm function: When the vibration amplitude exceeds the alarm set value, the alarm indicator light will turn on, and at the same time, a switch signal will be output on the rear panel to protect the monitored equipment.
3. Alarm delay time setting function: The alarm delay time adjustment range is 0-3 seconds to prevent false alarms caused by on-site interference.
4. The self diagnostic function has the ability to detect power on and power off, and disconnect the alarm output circuit, which can effectively suppress false alarms of the instrument.
5. The output interface is equipped with a current output interface, which can be connected to devices such as computers.

It can measure the absolute vibration amplitude of bearings in various rotating machinery and monitor the vertical and horizontal vibration of rotating machinery.
