After the mixer truck is reversed to the workstation, the main engine of the sand and gravel separator, the water pump of the tank truck, and the equipment flushing pump start working. The water pump adds water to the tank truck, and the tank body rotates to clean the internal concrete residue. Then, the waste slurry water is poured into the discharge tank and enters the sand and gravel separator. The drum of the sand and gravel separator rotates, and the stones are output from the stone outlet by the inner screw, and the sand is output from the sand outlet by the outer screw. The separated slurry flows into the slurry mixing tank through the drainage ditch, and is then sent to the main station building for ingredient use through the slurry mixing and recovery device, or throughfilter pressSeparate the slurry and water into solid and liquid, press cement and fly ash into a filter cake, and use the filtered water for further flushing, thus achieving the effect of water recycling.
