Principle Overview
The structural form of DLHX soundproof heater is shown in the following figure, using a fully stainless steel structure. The inclined holes on the inner core wall are eccentric and inclined upwards. Steam is sprayed out from the inclined holes, pushing water to spiral up and rotate inside the shell. On the one hand, the mixing effect of steam and water is greatly improved, and on the other hand, the rotating water flow can better absorb the kinetic energy of steam and reduce noise; At the same time, the heated water continuously flows out from the surface of the shell, driving the water around the heater to flow and heat the water in the water tank.
