Overview

1、 Overview of W-type hydraulic injector products:
The W-type hydraulic injector is mainly used in vacuum and evaporation systems for processes such as vacuum pumping, vacuum evaporation, vacuum filtration, vacuum crystallization, drying, deodorization, etc. It is equipment used in sugar, pharmaceutical, chemical, food, salt, monosodium glutamate, milk, fermentation, as well as some light industry and defense departments. (Material, stainless steel, cast iron)
In recent years, in order to improve the design, multiple nozzles and steam rings (guide plates) have been adopted, as well as multi-stage pumps for water inlet and low-level installation, with only a height of 4.5 meters, which has improved and enhanced the performance of W-shaped hydraulic injectors.

2、 Structure and advantages of W-type hydraulic injector;
The W-type hydraulic injector consists of a body, a cover, a nozzle, a nozzle seat plate, a guide plate, a diffuser tube, and a one-way valve. The nozzle is made of stainless steel, and the nozzle seat plate is made of high-quality steel. The other parts are cast iron. The nozzle adopts a multi nozzle structure to achieve larger water vapor contact, which is conducive to heat exchange and achieves better vacuum effect. The nozzle seat plate is processed with precision and high accuracy to accurately concentrate the jet water flow at the same focal point. The guide plate is used to slow down the flow rate of steam (or air), so that the steam is evenly introduced into the chamber to prevent the jet water from deviating and reduce the pumping efficiency. The W-type hydraulic injector has a compact and precise structure, high strength, and is used in vacuum evaporation systems. Due to the ability to combine the condensation effect of the condenser with the pumping effect of the vacuum pump in one device, the process flow is greatly simplified. Compared with the original vacuum pump and old condenser device, it can save equipment such as vacuum pump, condenser, and water separator, and has the following advantages:
1. Simple operation and convenient maintenance, no need for dedicated personnel to manage, low noise due to the absence of mechanical transmission components, and no need to consume lubricating oil.
2. Hydraulic injectors have small volume, light weight, and compact structure. And the efficiency is relatively high, with lower power consumption than the vacuum pump system, saving investment.
3. It can be installed in a low position outdoors, occupying a small area and saving factory building space and installation costs.
3、 The working principle of W-type hydraulic injector:
The W series hydraulic injector is a mechanical device with three effective functions: vacuum pumping, condensation, and drainage. It uses a certain pressure of water flow to be sprayed out through symmetrically distributed nozzles with a certain inclination, converging at a focal point. Due to the high velocity of the jet water flow, negative pressure is formed around it, creating a vacuum inside the chamber. In addition, due to the direct contact between secondary steam and the jet water flow, heat exchange occurs, and the vast majority of the steam condenses into water. A small amount of uncondensed steam and uncondensed gas also rub against the high-speed jet water flow, mix and squeeze, and are discharged through the expansion tube, creating a higher vacuum inside the chamber.

W型水利喷射器Installation and usage instructions:
1. The drainage pipe should be vertical without bends. If it must be bent, the bending angle should not exceed 45 °, and 30 ° is commonly used. The bending angle should not exceed two times.
2. When the cold water enters the pipeline from the booster pump to the injector, the number of fittings should be minimized as much as possible to reduce resistance losses.
3. Fault: The vacuum degree cannot be reached. Reason: Leakage in the installation pipeline connection, blockage of the nozzle, insufficient flow and pressure of the water pump, and malfunction of the vacuum gauge.
4. Each interface must be tight to avoid leakage.
5. During installation, the user should install a section of steel pipe as the tail pipe according to the outlet diameter of the diffusion pipe. The length should generally be more than 2 meters, but it should not extend into the water of the circulating water tank.
